Cost is an estimate of airfare at the time of
travel; most IVF clinics mandate that the donor must have a companion travel with her to help on the evening of HCG and with her travel to and from the IVF clinic on the day of the IVF procedure.

There can also be a per diem allowance for the
donor's companion as applicable at $20 / day.
This includes neither transportation to/from
the airport nor rental car fees, if applicable.

If a donor is traveling and leaving behind pre-school
children, she may require assistance with childcare
expenses--such expense would require your approval
and be specified in the legal contract.
